Standard delivery typically takes 5-10 business days depending on your location. For larger furniture pieces, our specialist courier will contact you to arrange a specific delivery window.
Do you offer a warranty on your furniture?
Yes, we offer a comprehensive warranty on all our products. Most of our furniture items come with a 3 to 5-year warranty against manufacturing defects for your peace of mind.
Can I return an item if I change my mind?
We offer a 14-day change-of-mind return policy. Items must be in their original packaging, unassembled, and in a resalable condition. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Does the furniture come pre-assembled?
To ensure safe transit and lower shipping costs, most of our furniture is delivered flat-packed with easy-to-follow assembly instructions and all necessary hardware included.
